Gen+ Gen+

Why this award?

Gen+ is a registered charity with a vision to equip and inspire the next generation through a comprehensive, digitally-led, meta-skills programme, so they have the tools, skills and confidence to learn, lead, and thrive. Gen+ provides a comprehensive meta-skills education through two unique programmes for learners P6-S3 and their teachers. Gen+ Learn (Secondary) is designed for learners aged 11-14 and combines digital with in-person learning for an engaging, interactive experience. Gen+ Teach offers teachers and educators a library of bespoke resources to support career-long professional learning across the whole school.

Who is it for?

Pupils S1-S3 in participating schools throughout Scotland.

What time commitment is required?

Gen+is delivered within the school day as core curriculum. There are 3 individual Gen+ Learn (Secondary) courses: Trailblazer, Gamechanger, Innovator aimed at each year group of the upper BGE:

Is the award externally accredited?

Gen+ are currently working with Napier University to have the Gen+ Learn (Secondary) course accredited in 2024.
