The ILM Award in Effective Team Member Skill (SCQF Level 5) is delivered using CVQO’s Course Package route and is aimed at individuals working as part of a team.
The qualification helps learners understand how team members work together as part of an effective team and how they can improve their own performance.

The length of course will depend upon the delivery partner running the course. However, it is common to be delivered in as little as two days. The qualification can be delivered online.
The course is aimed at 14 to 16-year-old cadets.
This course can be delivered in a variety of ways to suit the learner.
